Did you know you can directly access many health and social care services, including many NHS services, without a GP or nurse referral? We give three examples of self-referrals and then show how you can find many more.

Therapy for depression and anxiety, and more (Adults)
NHS Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies offer a range of free, tried and tested NHS psychological therapies for anyone aged 18 and over that help with any of the following : low mood, anxiety, worry, stress long term health conditions and employment support. Hearing loss (aged 55 and over)
You can self-refer to the Buckinghamshire Age Related Hearing Loss Service if you are aged 55 or over and experiencing hearing difficulties. You can self-refer by completing a simple 2 page form and contacting your provider of choice using the contact details included in the form. Sexual Health
