All services currently offered are safely delivered through remote interventions (either on the phone or online). Patient/third party collection of confidential information
As of the 1st May 2022, surgery protocol will change in regards to patient/third party collection of confidential information such as; prescriptions, sick notes, letters etc. For such paperwork, you will need to provide written or verbal consent stating who will be collecting on your behalf.
This is to allow us to continually maintain our patient data confidentiality.
