Friends and family test – overall and anonymous feedback
Compliments are always gratefully received and help us understand what we are doing well and how we can replicate that in other areas. Suggestions on how we can improve are also always helpful. You can easily provide such feedback anonymously through the Friends and Family Test.
There are also other ways to give informal feedback, including our comments and suggestions form, which we consider:
Do you have any comments to make about the surgery or the treatments that you receive from the staff or the doctors here? We would very much like to hear from you. We want you to tell us about the things that we do well and also about the things that we could do better.
You can fill in our Comments and Suggestions form.
Complete and submit the online form:
Please only use this form for comments about the practice and suggestions as to how we can improve our service to you. Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this form. If you have a query regarding a medical matter, please contact our reception team to make an appointment to see the appropriate person.
We are less likely to make changes based on this feedback as this is often anonymous, nonspecific and small in number, so we recommend the direct specific feedback option available above. We are more likely to be able to convert such patients’ feedback into real improvements in the services we provide. However, this NHS choices route can be helpful to provide more positive feedback.
From NHS choices: Leave a review
Lets patients leave feedback on their care, say thank you and help the next patient.
We are always sorry when we fall below our expected standards and/or if a person is unhappy with our service. Our intention is to give good care to all our patients within the resources available to us and we are disappointed if that does not happen. Whether a complaint is informal or formal we always look to learn from all complaints. We have more information on how you can make a complaint under complaints.
Patient Participation Group
Our patient participation group helps us to explore issues from patient feedback (including suggestions and complaints). You can find out more information and join our PPG, see under patient participation group.
Practice Improvements
We use your feedback to help us consider practice improvements.
