Right to see your data

Though much of the information in your medical records is available online you can still make a request for this information. The Freedom of Information Act 2000 does not give people access to their own personal data (information about themselves) such as their health records, and instead you use a subject access request.

Making a Subject Access Request

As the Information Commissioner’s Office suggest
