Our practice offers the following facilities:
Patients with a blue disabled parking badge are be able to park in the disabled bays in our parking facility. You can get a blue badge by applying through the local council. There is more information on blue badges and links to allow you to apply under the section Driving And Medical Conditions.

The Practice is wheelchair accessible, fitted with automatic doors for ease of access.
We have examination couches which can be adjusted to support examination on the couch. If you have any concerns please ring ahead and we will make sure we can cater for your needs including with a longer appointment.
We have a disabled toilet for the use of our patients.
We have a hearing assistance system in the form of a portable hearing loop that can be taken into any clinical room and or used at reception. Please just request at reception.

We can access communication support services through an external company. Please let reception know if you require this support.
We very much welcome guide dogs in our surgery. Our receptionist team can provide a bowl of water for an assistance dog, please just make a request at reception.
We are happy to provide any letters in large text or alternative fonts, on request. Please ask at reception for further details.
An annual health check is available in the practice or through the support of the local community learning disability team for all patients with a learning disability over the age of 14. Please see under Learning Disabilities (Adults) and Learning Disabilities (Children) under “Annual health check” for more information. Please also see under our section on “vulnerable people” more about our support for learning disabilities
