Bucks Health Hub launches

Bucks Health Hub launched in 2023. The hub was based on an idea from a clinician working in Buckinghamshire for over 20 years, supported by a group of GP practices in the southern part of the county. The idea evolved from the need for a central resource on local and national support for patients which would naturally and easily be accessed by all patients belonging to a practice.
