NATIONAL RSV VACCINATION CLINIC ON THE 28TH SEPTEMBER. FLU CLINICS ON THE 19TH OCTOBER AT DENHAM MEDICAL CENTRE AND 2ND NOVEMBER AT AYSGARTH MEDICAL CENTRE
Respiratory syncytial virus is a major cause of respiratory illness, particularly dangerous for infants and the elderly. The virus can lead to bronchiolitis and pneumonia, requiring hospitalisation and intensive care in severe cases. We are offering this vaccination for those over 75 as a one-off campaign for people aged 75 to 79. These are the groups at the greatest risk from RSV.
