What is a first contact physio appointment? 
First Contact Practitioners (FCPs) are physiotherapists usually based in GP surgeries. They can assess and diagnose what’s happening, Give expert advice on how best to manage your condition and refer on to specialist services if necessary.

NHS practice ratings

The feedback left on the NHS website is included for completeness. The one problem is that the numbers involved are small and a better reflection of the overall service is provided by the patient surveys which involve larger numbers of patients who use the service.
