The depression and anxiety checklist can help you better understand how you’ve been feeling recently and some possible options including some helpful local options you can access directly without needing to go through your GP practice. It can also help support any consultation you have in the practice. The checklist is not submitted to the practice.
Some will do nothing on the checklist but they will have a broader understanding and may consider some of the options in the future, some will do everything relevant on the list. There is no right answer, the check list is there to help your understanding and make a contribution towards improving your mental health in combination with any service that you access.
